Tweetbag.com Terms of Service

In purchasing a tweet, the buyer is agreeing to place an order to tweetbag.com to place a single "tweet" at an agreed upon date and time via the tweetbag Twitter account. This tweet will be of a pre-determined content and length.

Tweetbag.com is in no way responsible for the content or phrasing of the customer-create tweet or the malformation of any URL provided to tweetbag.com.

Refunds and cancellations may be made up to 3 hours Central Standard time the day of the tweet with a 50% forfiture fee

If a contract dispute arises between the two parties, the buying party ensures that tweetbag.com will have a legal right to recoup its attorney’s fees and related costs if prevailing.

All legal disputes may only be brought to and resolved in the State of Wisconsin.

This contract may only be modified in writing or email and agreed upon by all parties in said format.

Tweetbag.com does not allow and harrassment or SPAM of Twiter followers. Tweetbag.com does not provide or in any way pass on information about Twitter followers. Tweetbag.com reserves the right to reject any purchase, URL, terminology or other part of the tweet sent for any reason and issue a refund of 80% of the paid price.

If a tweet is not provided by tweetbag.com on the agreed to date and time within a reasonable manner the paid amount of the tweet shall be provided to the buyer without any further penalties, interest or fees.

Any ambiguities of this contract shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against either party.

Tweetbag.com in no way guarentees results, purchases or web traffic of any kind.

In purchasing this service you are agreeing to the Tweetbag Tweet Purchase Terms of Service in its entirty.
